Guests can enjoy the top floor breakfast and sitting room with a couch, easy chair, a breakfast table and a south-facing terrace. The terrace has two deckchairs for guests to relax and look out over Bhaktapur to the southern hills. The guest-kitchen has a fridge and a gas-stove, where guests can make tea and coffee for themselves. There is also a table for two looking out onto Devli Square. The family kitchen has a table sitting for couples or families. It is here the breakfast is prepared by Laxman the caretaker of the guesthouse. This kitchen is fully equipped and there is the possibility for long-term guests to cook for themselves. The small terrace to the south has a more private sitting, just for two. The guesthouse can accommodate nine guests at one time and there is ample space for everyone.
